Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups chopped chicken
  • canned chicken, rotisserie chicken, or cooked chicken breast all work great
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Olive Garden Italian dressing
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup banana peppers chopped
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup chopped pepperoni
  • ½ cup chopped salami
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Combine ingredients

  • Add chopped chicken, Greek yogurt, Italian dressing, cherry tomatoes, banana peppers, red onion, pepperoni, salami, and Parmesan cheese to a large mixing bowl.

Mix together

  • Stir until everything is fully combined and evenly coated.

Chill

  • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
