Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • rotisserie or canned chicken work great
  • 1 single-serving plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup purple onion diced
  • ½ cup celery chopped
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped

Instructions
 

Add chicken to bowl

  • Place shredded chicken into a large mixing bowl.

Make the buffalo base

  • Mix in Greek yogurt and buffalo sauce until the chicken is fully coated.

Add the crunch

  • Add diced purple onion, chopped celery, sliced almonds, and green onions.

Stir together

  • Mix until everything is evenly combined.

Chill or serve

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30–60 minutes for even more flavor.
