Wash and prepare all veggies and cut if not already pre cut.
Place all prepared veggies in a large bowl
Take the ramen noodles and break them up. You can do this on a hard surface with a rolling pin or hand and set aside. (you do not cook the noodles)
Dressing
In a medium size bowl Add all dressing ingredients including the ramen seasoning packet (not noodles) and combine well with whisk.
Once dressing is combined and mixed well add to top of the veggies and mix well.
Then add all nuts, and broken ramen noodles and mix or shake well.
Let set in refrigerator for 30 mins and serve.

Want to save some dishes? In the video, I had a big enough bowl with lid to mix dressing right in with slaw and veggies. However, you can use a separate bowl to whisk the dressing first and pour over top in bowl too. You can also turn this dish into a main meal with some grilled chicken too.
