Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz broccoli slaw *I add two love it this way
  • 12 oz broccoli florets chopped
  • 2 bell peppers chopped- I like yellow and red
  • 1 bunch green onions sliced
  • 2 ramen noodles break them up: do not cook them
  • 3/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds

Dressing

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 ramen seasoning packets

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare all veggies and cut if not already pre cut. 
  • Place all prepared veggies in a large bowl 
  • Take the ramen noodles and break them up. You can do this on a hard surface with a rolling pin or hand and set aside. (you do not cook the noodles)

Dressing

  • In a medium size bowl 
    Add all dressing ingredients including the ramen seasoning packet (not noodles)  and combine well with whisk. 
  • Once dressing is combined and mixed well add to top of the veggies and mix well. 
  • Then add all nuts, and broken ramen noodles and mix or shake well. 
  • Let set in refrigerator for 30 mins and serve.

Want to save some dishes?
In the video, I had a big enough bowl with lid to mix dressing right in with slaw and veggies. However, you can use a separate bowl to whisk the dressing first and pour over top in bowl too.
You can also turn this dish into a main meal with some grilled chicken too.
