Instructions
Prepare the chicken
Cook chicken if needed and allow it to cool slightly. Shred or dice into bite-sized pieces and place into a large mixing bowl.
Dice the vegetables
Dice celery and white onion into small pieces. Slice green onions into thin rounds.
Cook the bacon
If not using pre-cooked bacon crumbles, cook bacon until crispy and crumble into small pieces.
Add remaining ingredients
Add shredded cheddar cheese, bacon crumbles, celery, white onion, and green onions to the bowl with the chicken.
Make it creamy
Add Greek yogurt and both packets of dry ranch seasoning.
Mix together
Stir until everything is fully coated and evenly combined.
Chill or serve
Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 30 minutes for even more flavor.
