Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 full bag cooked bacon crumbles
  • ¼ cup green onions sliced
  • ½ cup white onion diced
  • ½ cup celery diced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 packets dry ranch seasoning

Instructions
 

Prepare the chicken

  • Cook chicken if needed and allow it to cool slightly. Shred or dice into bite-sized pieces and place into a large mixing bowl.

Dice the vegetables

  • Dice celery and white onion into small pieces. Slice green onions into thin rounds.

Cook the bacon

  • If not using pre-cooked bacon crumbles, cook bacon until crispy and crumble into small pieces.

Add remaining ingredients

  • Add shredded cheddar cheese, bacon crumbles, celery, white onion, and green onions to the bowl with the chicken.

Make it creamy

  • Add Greek yogurt and both packets of dry ranch seasoning.

Mix together

  • Stir until everything is fully coated and evenly combined.

Chill or serve

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 30 minutes for even more flavor.
