Instructions
Mix the base
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth and creamy.
Add the flavor
Mix in shredded Colby Jack cheese and finely diced chipotle sausages until fully combined.
Shape the eagle
Form mixture into a large oval-shaped cheese ball. Slightly shape one end into a head if desired.
Add the feathers
Press pecan halves all around the outside to create a feathered eagle look.
Create the face
Cut a small triangle from the yellow bell pepper for the beak and use small round peppers or peppercorn peppers for the eyes.
Chill and serve
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to help firm up and blend flavors.
Serve with crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies.
