Line a baking sheet or countertop with parchment paper and place pretzels in a single layer. Melt red and pink chocolate melts separately according to package instructions, stirring until smooth. Transfer each chocolate color into a piping bag or zip-top bag with a small corner snipped. Pipe melted chocolate into the open center of each pretzel to create a heart shape. Let pretzels sit at room temperature until chocolate hardens, or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes. Once set, gently peel pretzel hearts off parchment paper and serve.
Mini pretzels work best for bite-sized treats.
