  • 1 Bowl for mixing
  • 1 Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cheese Tortellini
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 can Black olives
  • 1 Tomato
  • Artichokes
  • Fresh mozzarella
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Italian Olive Garden dressing

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to the package instructions (typically 3–5 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Prepare the Vegetables: While the tortellini is cooking, dice up your veggies
  • Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and cooled tortellini, veggies and mozzarella cheese
  • Season: add parmesan cheese and a generous amount of cracked black pepper
  • Dress the Salad: Pour the Italian dressing over the salad ingredients. Gently toss to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  • Chill and Serve: Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.

Notes

After cooking, Make sure to immediately rinse the pasta very throughly with cold water. Then put it into a new bowl, not back into the hot pot. This will ensure your noodles stay cooked to the perfect texture!
