10 oz can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained

plain Greek yogurt

sour cream

shredded Colby Jack cheese

red onion, finely diced

packet garlic ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
Make the creamy base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add the seasoning
Stir in the garlic ranch seasoning mix until evenly distributed.
Add the mix-ins
Fold in the drained fire-roasted corn and Rotel.
Add cheese and onion
Mix in shredded Colby Jack cheese and diced purple onion.
Combine everything
Stir until fully combined and evenly mixed.
Chill and serve
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours. Overnight is even better for maximum flavor.
