Ingredients
  

  • 1 box refrigerated pie crusts 2 crusts
  • 1 box stuffing mix prepared with hot tap water instead of boiling
  • 1 lb pre-cooked shredded chicken chopped smaller if needed
  • ¼ cup gravy store-bought or homemade
  • 4 Tbsp ½ stick butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp dry ranch seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Filling: Make stuffing using hot tap water. In a large bowl, combine stuffing, chicken, and ¼ cup gravy.
  • Cut Dough Circles: Roll out pie crusts on a floured surface. Cut into 2-inch circles with a cookie cutter or glass rim.
  • Assemble Bites: Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle. Fold over and press edges with a fork to seal. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush & Vent: Mix melted butter with ranch seasoning. Brush over each bite. Cut 2–3 small slits on top to vent.
  • Bake: Bake at 350°F for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Serve: Enjoy warm with extra gravy or mashed potatoes for dipping.
