1box stuffing mixprepared with hot tap water instead of boiling
1lbpre-cooked shredded chickenchopped smaller if needed
¼cupgravystore-bought or homemade
4Tbsp½ stick butter, melted
2Tbspdry ranch seasoning
Instructions
Prepare Filling: Make stuffing using hot tap water. In a large bowl, combine stuffing, chicken, and ¼ cup gravy.
Cut Dough Circles: Roll out pie crusts on a floured surface. Cut into 2-inch circles with a cookie cutter or glass rim.
Assemble Bites: Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle. Fold over and press edges with a fork to seal. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
