  • 24 pieces frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 6-12 pieces of cooked bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • Spray muffin tin with non stick spray
  • Fill each ‘muffin’ 2 tater tots, pinch of shredded cheese, and one piece of cooked bacon broken up
  • Crack egg over the top
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bake at 350 for 20 min
