Instructions
Make the cheesecake base
Prepare the no-bake cheesecake filling according to package directions.
Add marshmallow fluff and mix until smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
Prep the strawberries
Wash, clean, and dry the strawberries.
Dice into small bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Crush the cookies
Place Biscoff cookies into a zip-top bag and crush into a mixture of fine crumbs and small chunks.
Assemble the dip
Spread the cheesecake mixture into a serving bowl.
Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies evenly over the top.
Add the diced strawberries over the cookie layer.
Serve & enjoy
