Ingredients
  

  • 1 package no-bake cheesecake filling mix prepared according to package directions
  • cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries washed and cleaned
  • 6 –8 Biscoff cookies
  • Graham crackers for serving

Instructions
 

Make the cheesecake base

  • Prepare the no-bake cheesecake filling according to package directions.
  • Add marshmallow fluff and mix until smooth, creamy, and fully combined.

Prep the strawberries

  • Wash, clean, and dry the strawberries.
  • Dice into small bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Crush the cookies

  • Place Biscoff cookies into a zip-top bag and crush into a mixture of fine crumbs and small chunks.

Assemble the dip

  • Spread the cheesecake mixture into a serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies evenly over the top.
  • Add the diced strawberries over the cookie layer.

Serve & enjoy

  • Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping or refrigerate until ready to serve.
