Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 cups mini marshamallows
  • 2 bags kettle corn
  • 1 cup lucky charm cereal
  • 1 cup gummy candy

Instructions

Melt butter in saucepan.

    Stir in marshmallows until smooth.

      Combine popcorn and cereal.

        Drizzle marshmallow mixture over top.

          Fold gently to coat.

            Add candy strips and mix.

              Let cool before serving.

                Notes

                • Use freshly opened kettle corn for the best crunch and texture.
                • Stir gently when mixing to avoid crushing the popcorn and cereal.
                • If the mixture feels too sticky, lightly butter your spoon or hands before mixing.
                • Spread onto parchment paper to cool for easier serving and less clumping.
                • Best enjoyed the same day, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
                • Add green sprinkles for extra St. Patrick’s Day flair if desired.
