Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box Betty Crocker cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 pint Preferred icing I like vanilla or butter cream because the light color icing really makes the colors pop!
  • Sprinkles in your preferred colors

Instructions
 

  • Make cupcakes according to the directions on the back of the box
  • Bake on 325° for 13 minutes.
  • Allow cupcakes to cool before icing.
  • Apply sprinkle pattern as soon as you apply icing or else the sprinkles will not stick.
  • Include a mini spoon to give the adorable snow cone appearance.
