Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Place chicken breasts and diced onion into the crockpot.
Pour in the jar of spaghetti sauce, then fill the empty jar halfway with water, shake, and add that to the crockpot.
Stir in the heavy whipping cream and Parmesan cheese.
Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4–6 hours, until chicken is fully cooked.
Once chicken is done, shred it directly in the crockpot and stir everything together.
While the chicken mixture finishes, boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and add to the crockpot.
Stir until pasta is coated in the creamy sauce, then serve warm.
