In slow cooker place chicken first then pour over taco seasoning and salsa
Place lid on slow cooker and cook for 6 hours on low
Once chicken is done mix together and shred chicken with meat masher or forks.

Trying to keep it low carb? You can use low carb tortillas or use this shredded chicken over a bed of lettuce and make it a taco salad. You can double this recipe and freeze the extra in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Great way to work smart not hard and prepare two meals in one.
