Ingredients
  

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • Olive oil for greasing pan
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Any seasonings you like

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Drizzle olive oil on a cooking sheet and place it in the oven to heat.
  • In a bowl, crack and scramble a dozen eggs with salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings.
  • Carefully remove the hot pan from the oven.
  • Pour the scrambled eggs onto the hot pan.
  • Return the pan to the oven and bake for about 12 minutes, or until eggs are fully cooked.
  • Slice, serve, and enjoy — with minimal cleanup!
