Cook Sausage & Onions In a large skillet, cook Italian sausage and diced onion until sausage is browned and fully cooked.
Drain excess grease, then transfer the sausage mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Make the Creamy Sauce In the same skillet, pour in the heavy whipping cream and Parmesan cheese.
Add Tony’s seasoning and stir. Bring mixture to a gentle boil, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
Assemble Casserole Add the drained ravioli into the baking dish with the sausage.
Pour the cream sauce over the top and mix everything together until coated.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25–35 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
For an extra golden top, switch to low broil for 3–4 minutes at the end.
