Ingredients
  

  • 1 20 oz bag Rana Chicken & Roasted Garlic Ravioli
  • 2 lbs Italian sausage any flavor you like
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 16 oz bottle heavy whipping cream
  • 1 16 oz bag grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Tony’s seasoning or to taste
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

Cook Ravioli

  • Boil the ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Cook Sausage & Onions

  • In a large skillet, cook Italian sausage and diced onion until sausage is browned and fully cooked.
  • Drain excess grease, then transfer the sausage mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.

Make the Creamy Sauce

  • In the same skillet, pour in the heavy whipping cream and Parmesan cheese.
  • Add Tony’s seasoning and stir. Bring mixture to a gentle boil, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat.

Assemble Casserole

  • Add the drained ravioli into the baking dish with the sausage.
  • Pour the cream sauce over the top and mix everything together until coated.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

Bake

  • Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25–35 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • For an extra golden top, switch to low broil for 3–4 minutes at the end.
