Puff Pastry Bats are flaky, chocolate-filled Halloween pastries made with puff pastry, Nutella, and a bat-shaped cookie cutter. Fun, festive, and fast, they’re the perfect sweet treat for parties, after-school snacks, or spooky movie nights

Prep the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll Out Pastry: Unroll puff pastry and flatten lightly with a rolling pin.
Fill & Fold: Spread Nutella on half the sheet. Fold the bottom half over the top and roll gently to seal.
Cut Shapes: Use a bat cookie cutter to cut out bats. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
Brush: Lightly brush each bat with beaten egg.
Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
