Ingredients
  

  • 1 box puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup Nutella

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll Out Pastry: Unroll puff pastry and flatten lightly with a rolling pin.
  • Fill & Fold: Spread Nutella on half the sheet. Fold the bottom half over the top and roll gently to seal.
  • Cut Shapes: Use a bat cookie cutter to cut out bats. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush: Lightly brush each bat with beaten egg.
  • Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  • Serve: Cool slightly and enjoy your spooky, chocolatey Puff Pastry Bats!
