In a 9x13" baking dish, add rice, cream of chicken soup, water
Mix well to fully coat the rice.
Add broccoli to top and gently stir to spread the broccoli out evenly in the pan. (this is where you can control adding broccoli to only a portion of the dish)
Lay the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture, pressing them down slightly.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the top.
Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 1 hour. Do not peek while baking!
Serve hot — goes great with a side salad.
