Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Red Velvet Chips Ahoy
  • 1 block 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz green candy melts
  • Red gel icing

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cookies and softened cream cheese. Mix until it forms a dough-like texture.
  • Use a tablespoon cookie scoop to portion out the mixture, then roll into smooth balls.
  • Dip the tip of each cake pop stick into melted green chocolate, then insert into the center of each ball. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Melt the remaining green chocolate until smooth. Dip each cake pop until fully coated. Let set until hardened.
  • Once coating is firm, use red gel icing to draw a small heart on each pop.
