Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cookies and softened cream cheese. Mix until it forms a dough-like texture.
Use a tablespoon cookie scoop to portion out the mixture, then roll into smooth balls.
Dip the tip of each cake pop stick into melted green chocolate, then insert into the center of each ball. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Melt the remaining green chocolate until smooth. Dip each cake pop until fully coated. Let set until hardened.
Once coating is firm, use red gel icing to draw a small heart on each pop.
