Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 11 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 cups colby jack cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 purple onion diced
  • 1/4 cup green onion chopped
  • 3 fresh jalapeños diced

Instructions
 

Prep Ingredients

  • Shred the rotisserie chicken
    Cook and chop bacon
    Dice onion, jalapeños, and green onions
  • In a large bowl add shredded rotisserie chicken
  • Add mix in's: Stir in bacon, shredded cheese and all chopped veggies
  • In that same bowl add mayonnaise and sour cream
  • Mix until everything is fully coated and combined
  • Chill for 30-60 minutes for best flavor

Recommend chilling for no less than 30 minutes for flavors to combine, however you can serve and enjoy right away. 
Have left overs? Keep sealed in refrigerator for up to 3-4 days
