Loaded BBQ Nacho Chicken Fries

Fries meet nachos in this easy, crave-worthy dinner! Crispy french fries layered with juicy rotisserie chicken, melty cheese, and a sweet BBQ drizzle—finished with fresh toppings for that perfect bite every time.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag frozen french fries any cut
  • 1 rotisserie chicken deboned and shredded (skin removed)
  • ½ bag Colby Jack shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 1 fresh jalapeños sliced
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Cook the fries in the air fryer according to the bag instructions until golden and crispy.
  • While fries are cooking, shred the rotisserie chicken, removing all bones and skin.
  • Once fries are done, spread them in a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded chicken evenly over the fries.
  • Top with half a bag of Colby Jack cheese (or more if you’re feeling cheesy!).
  • Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and starting to brown.
  • Remove from oven and top with diced red onion, sliced jalapeños, and a generous drizzle of BBQ sauce.
  • Serve hot and enjoy immediately!
