Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract we love Sava
  • 24 Hawaiian Rolls 1 family style package

Instructions

  • Mix 4 large eggs, cream. sugar. cinnamon
  • once all above ingredients are mixed together add in slowly 1/4 cup of all purpose flour- mix this in slowly- this will give it a pancake like consistency and makes these little Hawaiian Roll French Toast amazing
  • once you have slowly added flour and combined well add vanilla extract
  • take each Hawaiian Roll and slice it in 3 pieces from top to bottom. I use a serrated knife
  • then take each piece of Hawaiian roll and dip in batter and coat well
  • once coated well over a a medium heat skillet with butter you will want to cook these about 3 mins or so until cooked. You should see the egg start to cook and you know that is time, then flip over and cook on other side.
  • Once cooked you can enjoy with favorite toppings: love to do a powder sugar dusting on the top of them along with Chocolate Whipped Honey is one of our favorites, regular honey, maple syrup, berries are a few ideas
