Melt the White Chocolate Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth.
Make the Ghosts Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
Using a spoon, create ghost shapes with the melted white chocolate — think teardrop or oval shapes with a little “tail” at the top.
Let them set completely (you can pop them in the fridge for 5–10 minutes to speed this up).
Add Ghost Faces Once the white chocolate ghosts are hardened, use the black decorating gel to add two eyes and a mouth to each ghost.
Let them dry for a few minutes so the faces set.
