Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Honey Maid graham crackers
  • 1 container marshmallow fluff
  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips
  • Coarse sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions
 

Assemble the s’mores sandwiches

  • Spread a generous layer of marshmallow fluff onto one graham cracker square.
  • Top with a second graham cracker square to create a sandwich.
  • Repeat until all sandwiches are assembled.

Melt the chocolate

  • Place milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth and fully melted.

Dip and sprinkle

  • Dip one-half of each graham cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate.
  • Allow excess chocolate to drip off and place onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Immediately sprinkle the chocolate-covered portion with a pinch of coarse sea salt.

Freeze

  • Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer.
  • Freeze for approximately 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm and the marshmallow filling is chilled.
