Instructions
Assemble the s’mores sandwiches
Spread a generous layer of marshmallow fluff onto one graham cracker square.
Top with a second graham cracker square to create a sandwich.
Repeat until all sandwiches are assembled.
Melt the chocolate
Place milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth and fully melted.
Dip and sprinkle
Dip one-half of each graham cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate.
Allow excess chocolate to drip off and place onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Immediately sprinkle the chocolate-covered portion with a pinch of coarse sea salt.
Freeze
Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer.
Freeze for approximately 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm and the marshmallow filling is chilled.
Serve and enjoy
