Eyeball Smore's

Eyeball S’mores are a spooky twist on the classic campfire treat! Jumbo marshmallows stuffed with edible eyeballs are toasted, sandwiched with graham crackers, and dipped in chocolate for a creepy-cute Halloween snack. Fun to make, delicious to eat, and guaranteed to get giggles from kids and guests alike.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 jumbo marshmallows
  • 12 edible candy eyeballs
  • 12 graham crackers broken into squares
  • 8 oz almond bark chocolate or chocolate melts

Instructions
 

  • Cut a small hole (quarter-sized) into the center of each marshmallow. Insert an edible eyeball.
  • Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the outside of the marshmallows until golden.
  • Microwave almond bark in 30-second intervals (about 2 times) until smooth.
  • Dab melted chocolate onto the center of each graham cracker. Press in a popsicle stick, then place a toasted marshmallow on top. Let it set.
  • Once cooled, dip the graham cracker and marshmallow edges into the chocolate to seal them together.
  • Allow chocolate to harden before serving. Enjoy your spooky Eyeball S’mores!
