16ozColeslaw MixI use tri-color & prefer to use 2 bags as they cook down
2tbsplow sodium soy sauce
1tbspginger
1tspminced garlic
1/2cupgreen onionssliced
1tbspred pepper flakes*optional - this will add heat to the skillet meal
Instructions
brown up a pound of ground sausage in skillet over med-high heat
once sausage is cooked add coleslaw mix - I love to use two and if you do two you will want to incorporate about 8 ounces at a time and cook as you go so the coleslaw cooks down
once combined and low sodium soy sauce, garlic and ginger
mix all ingredients together and let cook up for about 3-5 mins
if you like heat a bit of red pepper flakes- but this is optional
then add sliced green onion to the top and let combine for a few mins
