Easy Guacamole

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • Ripe Avocados
  • Cilantro
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Lime
  • White Shoepeg Corn
  • Onion I used Green Onion because that is what I had!

Instructions
 

  • Cut avocado in half and scoop the contents into a bowl. (don't throw away the pit!)
  • Chop cilantro and onion and add to the bowl
  • Mash it all together, you get to choose how chunky you like your guacamole!
  • Add salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • Mix to combine
  • Roll the lime to soften, and squeeze lime juice into the bowl
  • Add in corn and stir
  • Add the pit to the top of the guacamole for freshness
  • ENJOY!
