Easy Guacamole
Easy restaurant style table side guacamole
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Cut avocado in half and scoop the contents into a bowl. (don't throw away the pit!)
Chop cilantro and onion and add to the bowl
Mash it all together, you get to choose how chunky you like your guacamole!
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder
Mix to combine
Roll the lime to soften, and squeeze lime juice into the bowl
Add in corn and stir
Add the pit to the top of the guacamole for freshness
