These Mahi Mahi Tacos are easy and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 Mahi Mahi filets
  • Tortillas
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Drained/rinsed black beans
  • Shredded Mexican blend cheese

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the fish filets
  • Coat both sides of the filets with seasoning
  • Prepare the skillet with butter and place the filets onto the melted butter
  • Cook 5-7 minutes (or until done) with the lid on
  • Remove and prepare your tacos with desired toppings
