Instructions
Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl
then combine wet ingredients together and add to dry
mix ingredients together well
add nuts/chocolate chips - optional
Bake 350 in preheated oven; 45-50 mins - until toothpick comes out clean
May need to adjust cooking time for loaf pan vs muffin tin
Muffin typically 23-27mins
