Ingredients
  

  • Bell peppers cut into ~1-inch pieces
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Pepperoni cubes
  • Cubed cheese any variety
  • Tortellini cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • Skewers or kebab sticks

Instructions
 

  • Cook the tortellini

Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and let cool slightly.

  • Add flavor

Toss the cooked tortellini with pesto sauce until evenly coated.

  • Prep ingredients

Cut bell peppers into bite-sized chunks and cube cheese if needed.

  • Assemble skewers

Thread ingredients onto skewers, alternating for color and texture.Example: pepperoni → pepper → tortellini → cheese → tomato.

  • Serve or chill

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
