Cajun seasoning

Instructions
Brown the beef
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
Cook the vegetables
Add celery and bell pepper. Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened.
Add seasoning
Stir in garlic, Cajun seasoning, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Add the rice
Pour in uncooked rice and stir well to coat in the seasonings.
Add broth and simmer
Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18–20 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Fluff and serve
Fluff with a fork and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
