In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning packets. Use a hand mixer (or stand mixer) to blend until smooth and creamy.
Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Remove seeds from the bell peppers, then chop the peppers, cucumbers, and broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces. (reserve a hanful for garnishing top)
Add the chopped vegetables into the cream cheese mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
Spread the mixture into your serving dish and smooth the top. Add a little extra veggie mix on top for a fresh, colorful garnish.
Chill for about 30–60 minutes (optional, but makes it even better), then serve with crackers or pretzels.
