Instructions
Make the creamy base
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Mexican crema. Blend until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
Blend the flavor mix
In a food processor, add whole jalapeños, fresh cilantro, and jalapeño juice. Blend until it forms a thick, vibrant green paste.
Combine everything
Add the jalapeño-cilantro mixture into the cream cheese base. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
Chill and serve
