Make the creamy base

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Mexican crema. Blend until smooth and creamy with no lumps.

Blend the flavor mix

  • In a food processor, add whole jalapeños, fresh cilantro, and jalapeño juice. Blend until it forms a thick, vibrant green paste.

Combine everything

  • Add the jalapeño-cilantro mixture into the cream cheese base. Mix until fully combined and smooth.

Chill and serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. For even better flavor, let it chill longer.
