Cranberry Turkey Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • Sliders
  • 12 slider rolls Hawaiian or dinner rolls
  • 2 –3 cups cooked turkey or deli slices
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 –8 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
  • Buttery Topping
  • 2 ½ Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 2 –3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven
  • Set oven to 350°F. Grease or line a baking dish with foil.
  • Assemble Sliders
  • Slice rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in your baking dish.
  • Layer turkey evenly over the rolls.
  • Spread cranberry sauce on top, then add cheese slices.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
  • Make the Buttery Topping
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and minced garlic.
  • Brush mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  • Bake
  • Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake an additional 10–12 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  • Serve & Enjoy
  • Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
