Instructions
Prepare the meat sauce
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the spaghetti sauce and 2 tablespoons of Kinder's Cowboy Butter Seasoning. Simmer for 5–10 minutes until heated through.
Make the Cowboy Butter Alfredo sauce
In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, Alfredo sauce, and remaining 2 tablespoons of Kinder's Cowboy Butter Seasoning. Stir until smooth.
Coat the pasta
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well.
Add the cooked pasta to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour the Cowboy Butter Alfredo sauce over the noodles and gently toss until evenly coated.
Layer the meat
Spread the meat sauce evenly over the top of the pasta.
Do not mix the layers together.
Add the cheese
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes.
Broil
Remove the foil and broil for 3–5 minutes, watching carefully until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown.
Serve
Allow the casserole to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
When serving, scoop all the way to the bottom so every bite includes the creamy pasta, seasoned meat sauce, and gooey melted cheese.
