lightly crushed
Instructions
Combine the vegetables
In a large bowl, mix together the drained corn and diced bell peppers.
Add the dressing
Stir in the ranch seasoning and mayonnaise until everything is evenly coated.
Mix in the cheese
Add the shredded Colby Jack cheese and stir to combine.
Add the Doritos
Lightly crush the Cool Ranch Doritos and gently fold them into the salad.
Serve & enjoy
Serve immediately for the best crunch, or refrigerate and add the Doritos just before serving.
