Ingredients
  

  • 3 banana
  • 1 peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Peel bananas and cut each in half crosswise, then slice each half lengthwise.

    Spread about 1 tablespoon peanut butter onto each banana piece.

      Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

        Drizzle melted chocolate over banana pieces.

          Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate 15–20 minutes until chocolate is set.

            Notes

            • Best enjoyed chilled.
            • Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
            • Peanut butter can be swapped for almond or sunflower butter if needed.
