Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz chicken broth 4 cups
  • Two 22 oz jars Alfredo sauce
  • 1 medium white onion diced
  • 8 chicken sausages sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 9 lasagna noodles broken into pieces
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley or 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Ingredients – Dice the onion and slice the chicken sausages. Break the lasagna noodles into small pieces.
  • Add to Crockpot – In your slow cooker, combine chicken broth, Alfredo sauce, onion, chicken sausage, lasagna noodles, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix.
  • Cook – Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or until the pasta is tender and the sausage is heated through.
  • Add Spinach – About 10 minutes before serving, stir in the fresh spinach until wilted.
  • Serve – Ladle into bowls, garnish with extra parsley or parmesan if desired, and enjoy warm.
