Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 16 oz pasta (elbow, shells, or rotini work best) 16 oz
  • 1 block cream cheese 8 oz , cubed
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, Colby Jack, or your favorite blend
  • 8 Cooked chicken strips frozen or homemade, air fried until crispy

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Boil the pasta according to package directions. Drain and pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Add cubed cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, dry ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese to the pasta.
  • Stir lightly, then bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until cream cheese is melted and everything is bubbly and creamy.
  • Meanwhile, air fry chicken strips until golden and crispy. Slice or leave whole.
  • Top the baked mac & cheese with the cooked chicken strips just before serving.
  • Optional: drizzle with extra buffalo or ranch for that finishing touch!
