Ingredients
  

  • 2 smoked sausage links sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup light brown sugar

Instructions
 

Slice the sausage

  • Cut the smoked sausage into ½-inch rounds.

Combine ingredients

  • Add the sausage, barbecue sauce, and brown sugar to a slow cooker. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

Slow cook

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, until the sauce is hot, bubbly, and thick.

Stir & serve

  • Give everything a good stir before serving warm.

🔥 Alternate Cooking Methods

    Oven:

    • Combine all ingredients in a baking dish or foil pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

    Grill:

    • Place all ingredients in a disposable foil pan and cook over indirect heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
