Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz protein bowtie pasta or regular bowtie pasta
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 3 –4 celery stalks chopped
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • 8 oz diced ham
  • 1 cup Colby Jack cheese cubed
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup BBQ ranch dressing
  • 1 –1½ cups Honey BBQ Fritos Twists crushed

Instructions
 

Cook the pasta

  • Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cool water. Allow to cool completely.

Prep the vegetables

  • Chop the red bell pepper, celery, and green onions into small bite-sized pieces.

Combine the ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine:Cooled pasta,Red bell pepper, Celery,Green onions,Diced ham,Cubed Colby Jack cheese
  • Cubed Colby Jack cheese

Add the dressing

  • Stir in the Greek yogurt and BBQ ranch dressing until everything is evenly coated.

Chill (optional)

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.

Add the crunch

  • Just before serving, sprinkle the crushed Honey BBQ Fritos Twists over the top.
