Instructions
Cook the pasta
Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cool water. Allow to cool completely.
Prep the vegetables
Chop the red bell pepper, celery, and green onions into small bite-sized pieces.
Combine the ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine:Cooled pasta,Red bell pepper, Celery,Green onions,Diced ham,Cubed Colby Jack cheese
Cubed Colby Jack cheese
Add the dressing
Stir in the Greek yogurt and BBQ ranch dressing until everything is evenly coated.
Chill (optional)
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
Add the crunch
Just before serving, sprinkle the crushed Honey BBQ Fritos Twists over the top.
