Ingredients
  

Alfredo Sauce

  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup romano shredded - optional but replace with 1/2 parmesan
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium heat melt butter and add garlic
  • Once a paste has been made slowly add in heavy cream and milk whisking as you go
  • Once combined well, add cheeses
  • Then add salt and pepper to taste
  • Once sauce coats the spoon fully it is ready to enjoy!
  • enjoy on it's own as a dipping sauce or over pasta
  • Serve with freshly Parmesan cheese if desired

Notes

Alfredo sauce will thicken as it sets, if you need to thin it out you can add milk. Once sauce coats the spoon fully it is ready to enjoy!
