Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs chicken 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 cups chicken biskit crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter cut into pieces
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Lightly spray 9X13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray
  • Take 2 cups of crackers and place them in a ziploc bag and crush them.
  • Place crushed crackers in a medium size shallow bowl, add garlic salt and pepper – mix.
  • Place eggs slightly beaten in another separate medium size shallow bowl. 
  • Dip one chicken breast at a time in the eggs coating well, then dredge in the cracker crumbs, coating well on all sides. *better breader container will make this virtually mess free.
  • Place chicken breasts side-by-side in baking dish
  • Cut butter into individual slices and top chicken evenly with pieces of butter.
  • Bake in oven at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is ready and internal temperature has reached 165 degrees
  • Serve warm

Notes

You can use regular Chicken in a Biskit crackers too, I just happened to see the zesty ranch new flavor and had to try it. 
Save the mess on your hands and try breading this chicken with the Better Breader, its easy to do this way and you can throw right in your dishwasher for easy clean up.
