Malibu Coconut Rum

Coconut-Aged White Balsamic Vinegar

fresh lime juice

fresh mint leaves

coconut sparkling water

Ice

Toasted coconut for rimming the glass
▢
Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
Rim your glass with a lime wedge and dip into toasted coconut.
In the glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice. (optional) as this will give it a bolder flavor
Fill the glass with ice.
Add Malibu Coconut Rum and Coconut-Aged White Balsamic Vinegar.
Stir well.
Top with coconut sparkling water.
Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint sprig.

Replace the Malibu with:
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz pineapple juice
