Ingredients
  

  • 1 head broccoli chopped
  • 1 head cauliflower chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 pieces bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cole slaw dressing

Instructions
 

  • On a cutting board prepare and cut broccoli and cauliflower
  • cook 8 pieces of bacon - I use the microwave tray its quicker but you can pan fry
  • shred 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients together
  • Then add a cup of creamy cole slaw dressing - I like Kraft but you can make your own or use any kind you desire.
  • Place the lid on bowl once you mix well and let set up in fridge for a few hours then serve.

The best thing about this easy broccoli salad is that you can add more dressing , more cheese, or whatever toppings you wish!
