Marinate chicken cubes in a baggie in teriyaki overnight
Once chicken has marinated, take each cube and place onto skewer
Then take slices of bacon and cut each slice in half taking half the slice of bacon and roll into a piece and place on skewer
I repeat bacon then chicken until all meat is on the skewers.
You can certainly wrap your chicken but I have found it cooks much better separately.
Then add favorite BBQ seasoning to both sides of skewers.
Grill or smoke each skewer and rotate every few minutes until chicken comes out to 165 degrees - usually about 7 -8 minutes on grill
Once skewers are done you will want to drizzle honey mustard over each skewer.
Fired Up Honey Glaze
In a small dish add mustards and dry ingredients together then add honey along with olive oil mix and set aside

Notes
Don't have time to marinate meat over night? No worries, a few hours in the fridge should do it .If you are using wooden skewers, you can soak your skewers in water for 10 minutes to avoid being flammable while grilling or smoking. You can certainly wrap your chicken but I have found it cooks much better separately. You can mix up different flavored honey mustards one with heat and one without and serve separately for those to drizzle on prior to enjoying. The infused habarno and jalapeño pepper honeys don't have much heat just a little kick and I think it is perfection on these skewers. But you could also add clover or wildflower honey as well.
